Training Detail
- Facilitator training and 1-1 sessions with Jamey
- New Member Orientation (2 hours)
- Chair Training (2 hrs)
- Gather a micro Netcito group (3 hours x 2):
- Jamey facilitates one, facilitator takes the other
- Draw from Incito alumni - Jamey recruits
- Does not include participation or compensation for Jack and Chonnie (we could add this)
- 2-hour meetings
- Facilitator: attend facilitator forums (optional but we could pay and make them mandatory)
- Participate in 6 Forum meetings (three AM and three PM) alongside the current facilitation team (Jamey, Jack, and Chonnie)
- Progress to leading full meeting
- Meeting 1: observe
- Meeting 2: one issue plus open and close
- Meeting 3: full meeting
- Longwood orientation - lunch, orientation, and team building with Tamara, Jack, Chonnie, Peter, Jamey, and new facilitator (3 hours each plus 5 hours each for Peter & Jamey due to travel (billing travel at half rate)).
