Purpose

The Netcito Member Advisory Board shapes the future of Netcito by fostering growth, strengthening engagement, and improving the overall member experience. The board ensures that Netcito remains a dynamic, member-driven community that continues to support entrepreneurs at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow the Community – Identify and welcome new members who align with Netcito values and mission.
• Strengthen Engagement – Organize and promote member-led events that build connections and enhance collaboration.
• Enhance the Member Experience – Provide input on ways to improve Netcito processes, meetings, and overall value to members.
• Advise on Strategy – Offer feedback and insights to shape Netcito’s long-term direction and impact.

Structure

• The board includes 7-10 members, with representation from each Netcito group.
• Members serve a one-year term, with the option to continue based on engagement and impact.
• The board meets monthly to discuss priorities, initiatives, and ongoing improvements.
• Members collaborate with facilitators, the broader Netcito community, and leadership to drive key initiatives.
